Founder of OTWIM
I was called into evangelism in 2010 which set me on a path of the unknown. In 2011, I went on my first mission trip to Tanzania Africa.
Little did I know that this one trip would change my life. God placed a love in my heart for his people there and for the lost. This is why I travel the world preaching the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am an Evangelist who has been blessed to speak around the world. My passion, zeal and desire is to minister to the lost. To see the fire of God save, heal, deliver and transform lives. All for the glory of the kingdom of God.
My testimony is one of healing, deliverance and restoration. I share the love of Jesus Christ knowing my defeats and proclaiming that “if God would do it for me, He will surely do it for you!”

Our Beliefs
We believe in the Gospel of the Holy Bible. In the trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father. That Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. That He accented to Heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor.
Jesus lived the message of the gospel by modeling it through action. We here at OTWIM are on an assignment to fulfill the works as Jesus Christ. By Helping, Serving, Working, & Giving to share the love of Jesus Christ throughout the world.
OTWIM Has been called to proclaim the living word of God. To deliver hope of salvation, healing, deliverance, and redemption through the power of the living word of God.
God has given us a huge vision in building His kingdom in Tanzania Africa.
My heart and passion is to see the LOST SAVED in this end time harvest. That is why OTWIM is stepping out in 2020. We will be hosting crusade meetings in small towns in the United States to release the true live word of God, the power of the blood, and the name of Jesus being manifested by the Holy Spirit. To break, bind, uproot, and pull down strongholds in cities all around the United Sates.

I gave my life to Jesus on March 3, 2010. I have seen the hand of God working and moving in my life and my families lives. I can say that the name and power of Jesus Christ has truly changed my life. He has saved me, delivered me and set me free from all of my bondage. I proclaim that healing power, and what He has done for me, he will do for you.
I have been on other mission trips to Haiti and Belize, but when I went to Tanzania this trip was different. I knew, this is where God was calling me to be. Year after year we continue to see the power of God move more and more. As the Holy Spirit manifest works of Jesus Christ.

Meet Our Team
Stephano Mollel
Pastor In Karuani Tanzania Africa
He has been a pastor for the past 10 years. His focus, through the love of Jesus Christ, is to see the lost saved. He also runs a school called Compassion with over 300 children attending Monday - Saturday. He has just started a training class with Compassion in teaching women to sew in order to give them a trade.
He helps to schedule and organize our meetings while we are in Tanzania. He is our guide, our friend, and brother in Christ. His family is our family, and we have been truly blessed with this divine connection.

Connie Capps Joyner
Secretary and Treasure
We welcome Connie to our team. She is a very important asset to OTWIM and a valuable member of this team. She is a professional in her service and serving the kingdom of God. She has been serving the Lord for many years. She has worked on many projects with churches in the past. We are honored to add her to the team as our Secretary and Treasurer, thank you for saying yes.
Cassie Bailey

We are thrilled to welcome Cassie to our team. She will be our team facilitator. We know she is going to be a valuable asset to our ministry. She has been going to Tanzania for ten years and her work there on the ground has impacted many lives. She will organize our mission trips from the states to Tanzania. Thank you for your yes!
Tammy Braswell
Project Manager
Project Education
Tammy Braswell is a retired school teacher that has dedicated her live to giving to others. She has came on board with OTWIM as our Project Manager over Project Education. This year 2024 we have over 122 children in this program. She oversees this program in making sure that all 122 children have a sponsor. We are grateful to have her as one of our team members. She is a great asset to our team. Thank you Tammy for saying yes.
Lynn Norman
Head of Prayer Partner Team
Mrs. Lynn was a treasurer for 12 years at New Beginnings Church, a board member for 20, Youth Director, Teacher, and Women's ministry leader for 20 years. She has also worked in outreach ministries in reaching the lost, hurting, and those in need. She meets them right where they are to reveal the love of Jesus Christ. Her heart to seve the kingdom of God is a true love in seeing lives changed. We welcome her on board to bring her insight and wisdom to OTWIM. She is truly an asset to this ministry.
